This is an amazing butter -with a kick-. It's perfect for making garlic bread especially when making it with those fancy baguettes you can get at the store. I suspect this is good on mashed potatoes. It lasts about a week, just chuck into the freezer if you want it to last longer. Lol I couldn't get it into a bar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 small cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon sliced chives
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve over bread or hot vegetables.
