Homemade Granola (It's crumbly)


This recipe is my mom's and it is delicious! Honey, sugar, and chocolate chips ahead! LOL I can't read my mom's cursive.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups GF rolled oats 
  • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 palmful of brown sugar
  • Flax seed
  • Dried fruit (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
  3. Spread onto a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
If you crumble it with warm milk you get oatmeal. Yummy! Also, you can add chocolate chips to make chocolate granola/oatmeal. Enjoy and feel free to leave comments!
